OK Dear Mr.Aariz Ahmad. i am agreed.... it's can be understood that B.ed is Professional degrees for Education. and they deserves for Extra 15marks. BUT. Master degrees in any discipline is not mean for extra marking?
Mere Khayal men CSS se koi aur Competative Exam nahen aur wo 17 scale k lye. to kiya os men be extra marking ha. Master degree holders k lye ? jab oske lye nahen to fir sirf 14 scale k lye kiyn. kiya ye kafi nahen k Candidates NTS test passed ha with 70 marks or above.?

Dear all it is useless to debade on this about the extra marks,logics have been provided by some of the friends if one is Master degree holder or he has B.ed degree he must given extra marks because they deserve all this.
Now the Question of Millions is this that who will conduct the Interviews ????? NTS or District Education Department ???? Hence there is need to select highly qualified Teachers on Pure merit without any fake degree of B.ed or M.ed .
Friends Let me know who will conduct interviews NTS or District Education department and where these Interviews will be conducted at the district level or karachi Hyderabad or sukkur, plz share all this ,

b.ed , m.ed ko compansate na karain balkay un ko aisa hona chahye k wo itni mehnat karain k apnay balbotay par marks achieve karain aur bari baat yah hai k aaj kal har koi b.ed m.ed kar raha hai degrees bama kar rahay hain aur MBA, BSC, Pharmacy mai bachalor aur masters karnay k baat loag b.ed etc mai admission le laitay hain to phir unko compensate karna kaisa ?????????
