Please help me in choosing optional subjects.
ALHAMDULLILAH, I can handle with all the subjects stated below:

14. Indian History, Period I
15. Indian History, Period II
18. Islamic History, Period I
19. Islamic History, Period II

34. Islamiat

now help me in choosing three easy, short and the combination from above which can complement each other.
Suggest the books too

@Ali Mallah: What options do you suggest for me in CCE? I had geography, psychology, sociology and business administration in CSS. Moreover, I don't have command over sindhi so can't take it as optional.

I would highly appreciate your help

indian history 2 is shorter than 1 and easy to handle because it only deals with (Mughals)
islamic history 1 is easier than 2 because Islamic history 2 deals with Abbasi Caliphate which has more persons to cover

i dont think so
arts subjects are more scoring in pcs than science subjects

all dear aspirants hope following guidline will be helpful for u all.
for english general read exploring the world of english by syed saadat ali shah and wren and martin,s book.
for english essay follow same pattern as of css.
for sindhi general books of mukhtiar mallah and badr dhamra are more then enough.
for sindhi essay read the editorials of kawish and ibrat news papers.
for g.k paper carvan,s book is good.
for islamiyat, islam at a glance and anwar hashmi,s books should be read.
for muslim history 1 , k.ali,s a study of islamic history 1 book is short and enough.
for sindhi literature same books should be consulted which are mentioned for general paper.


plz avoid making un neccesary threads and before asking questions do read the previous usefull posts of senior members.

Sindhi General book by Mukhtiar Mallah
Mazameen e iqbal by Yadgar Publisher for essays.

Geography, sociology and Psychology will be good choice in my opinion for you in PCS among these subjects which you mentioned.
