I have appeared in css exam and now planning to appear in SPSC. I have noticed several drawbacks in the PCS form. There are four columns for prefrences but posts announced are more than six.
Second, very small space to write information.
Third, a candidate is asked to write a department name on the application form. How can an aspirant mention a department name because there are 7 departments names mentioned in the add, to be applied for.
Last, above same mistake has been made in the reciept paper.

Kindly help me plzzzz....... I was overage but after three years age relaxation I am eligible..... when I read the rules for application form there is a clause stating that send application form along with optional form and original challan... when I downloaded them there are 8 pages in optional from and in application form there is only one page having two columns with 4 blanks..

In the first one we have to write name of post and in second one department whereas there are four blanks in optional form for preferences of posts........ now am totally confused what should I write in application form in place of name of post.... AM I downloaded the correct forms ? or there is some mistake .

Kindly reply me soon as I have short of time 16 is closing date with 4 to 5 days of eid holidays

I have lost my Matric & Bachelor transcripts but i have matric certificate & Bachelor degree.
on the missing of my transcripts...Should they reject my application form or not?

You may fill an application & optional form and submitted alongwith original challan copy of exam fee. Also attached copies all available certificate. However SPSC will demand you to furnish all short documents ater passing written exam & qulified for interview.

Dear ! Your have downloaded correct form.
Name of Posts is CCE-2013 and department / Department leaves blanks. Because combine competitive exam is one exam held for various department advertised by SPSC.

Dear Urfa, you have downloaded the correct application form, just fill in the application form, the post as "CCE-2013" and Department as "Government of Sindh".....


Dear Zohaib,Closing date is 16th of August and you can submit your application form either in the Head Office or following Regional Offices... Its what stated in the advertisement..
