Dear friends only chest & height check hogi because letter main likha hai ap Cnic, Letter & all attested documents with 3 photos le kar aayein so agar running, push ups wagera hote tu jogers shoes wagera mention hote so don't worry about running & push ups.

mera matlb normally uski sawa 34 hai chest jase hum meter ko ghoma k usky chest pe rakhty hen dosra hum zor se khench k meter krty hen to uski sawa 33 hoti hai ..lekan wo kesy measure krnge wha likha hai add me 33 34......or wo zor se exhale sans leta hai to uski takriban 35 ho jati hai
