On Wednesday as on 13.04.2011 one of the my friends Fiaz Hussain Abassi EDO (Revenue)( PCS-2003 & CSS 2004) told me through his sources that summary is still at CM house. So friends i request you that when ever you convey your news to us plz mention the name of source with designation . Other wise news may be considered as rumor.

Yesterday, Gazanfar Qadri Dy: Secretary Budget S&GD told me that our recommendation summary is expected to be discussed between CS & CM by this week .So friends don t rely upon other rumors.

Friends
I have had detailed discussion with Gazanfar Qadri Deputy Secretary Budget S& GD over the offer letter issue. As per his view point that there is no specific matter which resist the objective but it is hoped that we may be getting offer letters by the June. Secondly, I also discussed with Qadri Sb to knock the door of High Court for the issuance of offer letters , but he suggested to wait and watch. I had also discussion with Nasim Abbasi who had been selected as A.D Labour and eventually we concluded that if Govt were not serious to PCS -2008 Batch than would not have issued offer letters to A.D Labour, Lab officer and D.F.Cs. Hence forth, under the advice of Qadri sb. you are all requested to act on wait and watch by the June than there must be one course of action under one platform.
