When I once called you, you told me on a phone call that you are more interested in intelligence than in bureaucracy. When I asked you the reason, you went to an extreme limit of adopting this uncivilised attitude.

I don't think it was your mistake. I would just see it as your opinion, but you do not have any right to abuse an institution in this immature way.

it seems that majority , while posting on this thread, is heading somewhere without having any direction. Dears friends issue is not what someone is saying against us, the credibility of exam, controversy and ill angainst bureaucrasy, the matter is why our file is not moving ? why it is just stuck at the office of CS? come on yaar!!!!!!! dont waste ur time and energy to reply people who aims nothing but creating doubts abot our success which ALLAH has bless us with.

think abt file and ways to make that move. one again request, plz dont involve in personal, petty and biassed issues. dont loose ur focus. recommended candidates from karachi have more responsinility as they are near to the secene of action. why we dont make a delegation and go to concerned quarter to move our file.

one more request, plz dont reply to any post which is just posted to create doubts and controversy abt the credibility of this exam. let evil designs die their death, dont give them new life bu replies.

Dear Qureshi Sahab, I am still with that when I am comparing one of my closet family friend serving as DDO(R) and other in ISI, my analysis was very friendly, I have respect for every profession, never mean to insult any bureaucrat because my eldest chacha (Taya) was a bureaucrat too belongs to DMG, he retired in BPS-21 after having severe road accident in Islamabad, many of my known family friends are there too.

But comparing DDO(R) of PCS and AD ISI, I would prefer to AD(ISI) its my personal choice after looking at a newly inducted friend in ISI, he is enjoying something unique, just like CSPs.

Sorry If my words have hurt you, I don't wanna discuss phone things here, If I discussed then many things will worsen the situation :PPPPPPP

First of all congratulations to ADs labour and Labour officers who have received offer letters from Labour department...Several guys have joined the department.

Recommended candidates in Karachi are making hectic efforts for getting the offer letters issued as soon as possible..In this regard we are having meetings with each other and with senior bureaucrats.

We have also used our contacts in media, as a result Dawn news, Geo TV, ARY TV and Dunya TV has given the news of delay in offer letters in their bulletins and tickers, while Dunya TV has also discussed this issue in their discussion program using their own sources....this video clip has been posted by our friend ali110 in this thread...Thanks to Ali110.

Today 14 th of March. 2011......Our three friends had a meeting with secretary services (S&GAD).( I had to be part of that delegation but due to rush of work in my office I could not attend) Secretary informed the friends that as soon as the new chief secretary is appointed the file of DDO-R and SOs will be signed and summary will be sent to CM for approval...

These are the efforts which are being made in khi.....our friends in other cities are in contact with us through telephone.....

Friends are requested to use their media contacts and write letters to the editors of newspapers regarding the issue...

In light of the valuable above mentioned post , written by Nasar Abbasi, following r the few lines respectfully submitted for the prudent consideration of the recommended candidates. although much has been already done by karachi based candidates and the following line r addressing everyone particularly the recommended candidates of candidates other then karachi.

Dear Recommended Candidates:

It has apparently been confirmed that our file is stuck at S&GAD with intentional efforts of some high ups who have been allegedly offered “ SOMETHING” for this purpose and the alleged motive is to promote rankers first . The majority know this fact but I m really sorry to say that there is no coordinated efforts on behalf of the recommended candidates, instead we r busy here to discuss that DDOR through PCS is good enough or MLCG of CSS or AD ISI should be preferred over DDO R or not. Some loved ones r asking us about the change of domicile of 3 / 4 candidates out of 128 , as if we are the SPSC and have prepared the result ourselves. It’s more sorrowful to see that recommended candidates r replying them and the time and energy they should invest in coordination with recommended candidates is being unintentionally wasted.

Governments in Pakistan and specially in Sindh are not efficient enough and in country like Pakistan where even judiciary is passing through the evolution, anything is expected from any quarter so friends be vigilant .

Dear friends, about 46 days are gone since result was announced and its about one month since our file is pending with S&GAD. I m afraid v r not going to get offer letters so easily as we think. Lets start campaign today and I suggest five possible things to be done in first phase.

1.COORDINATION:
Plz Come in contact with each other. The candidates of Karachi, Hyderadab , Sukkur , Larkana and other cities, as first step come in contact with the recommended candidates of their cities and then spread this contact to whole province and this exercise must not take more then one week.

2. EMAILS.
Rise against this undue and inhuman delay in issuing the offer letters and it must be brought in media and as a first step plz write E.mails to famous TV current affair shows so they high light this issue. Plz focus upon every channel and don’t neglect any of those because we want issue to be discussed as much as possible.

3. LETTERS TO EDITORS and POLITICIAN.
Letters may please be written to national and regional news papers with request to them to raise the issue in newspapers. Personal contacts with journalist , if any , may please be used without any delay. Sindh PA session is going on so v may also right to Nusrat Sehar Abbasi, Humera Alwani , Nawab Taimoor and these type of vocal PA members to raise issue in Sindh PA.

4. CONSULTAION WITH LAWYERS.
Karachi based candidates may plz consult top lawyers to brief them of our case so if needed, we could move courts.

5. CAREFUL AND CAUTUOUS.
Share knowledge with utmost care thinking twice whether the person who is being shared something is genuinely a recommended candidate or not.
