Does it mean that we have to go through litigation for our offer letters.

Our Governments specially Sindh Goverment respects courts and thats why the executive function is also assigned to court, without court notice, it doesnt move to do anything. The example of District Zakat Officers is the latest one to understand, what honourable Shah sb: CM Sindh likes.

Though my replies are not appreciated across but let me answer your query. As for me information there is only one petition in SHC containing 08 points/charges/allegations. On the instructions of court SPSC has issued the mark sheets which were earlier made unapproachable from failed candidates due to unseen reasons.

Remaining pints which I have already mentioned in my posts are part of court petition available from SHC registry and still pending at the end of court and requires investigation. Lets see how these points will be handled by court, respective Governments in future and how different setups of SPSC in future react to court instructions and provide hand made / genuine evidences to put meritorious candidates into the list of anticorruption list in the similar fashion when brilliant people like Shabir Sethar (PSP) and Saifullah Abro (PAAS) and many other I mentioned in my posts were included in the list of people used illegal means for allocation. Shabir Sethar is such a moderate down to earth person he neither had money nor he knew anybody to get him selected in SPSC, so how his name came in the summary of anti corruption placed before then Chief Secretary Sindh Fazal Ur Rehman is un believable to me.


Another group of people who are very impatient and don’t want to wait for couple years until SHC gives a complete verdict about case against CCE 2008, they have hired the services of a retired justice of Supreme court to fight their case in Supreme court with same allegations. Lawyer has asked them to wait till the issuance of letters to all allocated candidates
