That is what I have been saying that we should learn to respect others opinion rather trying to impose our will on others. Listen to everybody but do whatever you think good for yourself in future. If I am not joining Sindh Govt. there must be a thought process behind it based on consultation with many. I am in this process of preparing for Civil Services since last 12 years and I have a number of CSS and PCS friends who are working in different groups of CSS, Section Officers and DDOs. According to their cumulative view if you are willing to join Civil Services than CSS is the choice. If my DDO friends are leaving for abroad on students visa even after Commissionerate Syetem so you can analyze the position of officers at provincial level.There attitude of hiding themselves in projects, taking long leaves and working in Private organizations are the evidences of working conditions in Sindh specially in Rural Sindh. I am not joining Sindh Govt. because of following:

1. Cases pending are in courts and people are ready to contact Supreme court. I don’t know what will be the reaction of SHC and SC in this regard in coming months and years as today's courts are very reactive and pay extra attention to the matters which show mal practices by Govt. institutions and Public organizations.

2. Now after winning offer letter case, we have made PPP our enemy. PPP will remain be the part of Sindh Govt. for indefinite period in future because through so called RECONCILIATION policy of PPP they are friends of every party in Sindh so whatever happens at federal level, Province mein PPP hamesha rahegi. Though offer letters will be provided but other affairs related to posting and promotion are will be in hands of PPP politicians. CCE 2008 batch has made PPP their permanent enemies. I don’t want to enter into this mess and life long uncertainty.

3. Sindh Govt. who have already been helping people against CCE 2008 case, The delay in issuing offer letters is the evidence of their attitude against CCE 2008, if any court either Sindh High Court or Supreme Court ask Sindh Govt. to probe into the case, Sindh Govt. will than show its guts to prove all of us fake and jalee through the same tactics they applied on CCE 2003 case. First they manufactured hand made evidences against CCE 2003 through a committee of SPSC and than Case was transferred to Anti Corruption Department of Sindh. Similar situation is expected to be faced by CCE 2008 batch and this is made more brighter after the tussle of CCE 2008 batch with PPP govt in Sindh through defaming them in Court. The remarks of Judges against attitude of Sindh Govt. in delaying the summary will not be seen as pacifying situation rather Sindh Govt's anger will be on CCE 2008 batch.

There are rumors that CSS exam's upper age limit is gonna relax, is it true? After the abrogation of Local body sytem across the country for it was the dictator's model to perpetuate his rule as told by government, will government restore the previous age limit for css exam?

Dost I have no idea about the the probable enhancement of age for CSS. But after reading different news and posts in this forum regarding age it is generally believed that age limit will be increased up to 30 years. I personally wish to see this change taking place because bright youngsters should not be discouraged through age ceiling and CSS provides you the career path having no match with almost 90% of the other public sector jobs. So people should not be barred to enter into this remarkable career due to age factor.

Dair aye, durust aye! So you changed your statement and withdrew from boycott. It clearly conveys your personality traits to me sir.

And please learn the spelling of the word, "emotional". It starts with E, not with I.

A Section officer of CCE 2003 batch told me that CM has signed the summary yesterday over the orders of Sindh High Court. According to same source that Mr. CM has Annoyingly said to the people present in his room including Secretary Services that why these people have lodged the case in the court while the summary was not signed by him awaiting the response from Finance Department for the availability of funds for training and other expenses. CM has called the petitioners “Black Mailers” and being a signatory I am also placed in the same category.

I think those who lodged the case should be appreciated or not but they have surely persuaded the PPP to become enemy of them. Earlier, PPP led Sindh Govt. was annoyed at SPSC for bribery and corruption in Interviews but now whole batch of CCE 2008 has made PPP their enemy by lodging this case. I can't really predict the repercussions of this case on the careers of the CCE 2008 batch in future in terms promotions and postings because PPP is going to stay in the province for longer period of time due to their RE CONCILIATORY POLICY.

In the light of this move of candidates of CCE 2008 Batch to take the issue to court and making PPP who is always allergic to court decisions, their enemy, Clear evidences of corruption in interviews held by candidates going to knock Supreme Court and obvious uncertainty in future I am again very happy over my decision of not joining Sindh Govt.

Dear whenever I receive any information from credible sources regarding the issues of CCE 2003 & 2008 I try to post it on forum. The person who used to give the info about the moves of probable petitioners in Supreme Court case has stopped responding due to my step of posting it on National forum. Last time he phoned me not to disclose the name of lawyer who is going to represent them in Supreme Court.

I will try to dig out the info about SC case details after its being lodged in Supreme court fulfilling all formalities.

By the way Agha sab Why are you so interested in Supreme Court details about the said case?
