how can you say this that test will be conducted in december and by NTS

PST/JST/HST Has been announced
(NTS) the test at the new date. 9th dec
Sunday PST 16 dec JST and 23 dec HST.

A friend of Mine is head invigilator in NTS, he has been given the responsibility by NTS to select people for invigilation in the test going to be held in December so he is engaged in process of making lists. This is the authentic information I believe, I don't know about you people.
