Given the fact that there is no dearth of talent among youth of Balochistan. But it is also a bitter reality that candidates from Balochistan are leg behind in competent exams as compare with other provinces. Rarely, any cadidate of css(from Balochstan) secures top ten positions in css and those who qualify css from Balochistan are those who either have good academic backgrounds or completed their studies from other provinces( particularly punjab)

Now, many juniors, like me, who have ordinary acaddemic backgrounds are seem anxious. They think that css/pcs/other competitive exms are for those who have good academic background or who completd education other provinces.

Seniors,css/pcs qualifiers please come ahead and weed out such thoughts from minds of junior aspirants. Lack of proper guidness is also a factor. Please share your success stories to inspire young talent of Balochistan
