You can leave without paying bond amount but you won't get release letter and you will be unable to apply in any bank in future. Choice is yours. Why one is thinking about leaving before joining??? A fresh candidate has to face this issue in almost every industry and if in future he/she finds better opportunity then sometimes your employer takes the responsibility to get you released from previous job (which is very very rare) and mostly people somehow manage to pay bond amount for better options. Because these organizations spend much expenses in trainings and salaries so it is how they secure their expenses and time period to fulfill their vacancies

Just a rumour to pay 3 lac .. And its good package they have sent mails regarding documents ..everything is good.. Am not gonna leave this job unless i get 16 or 17 grade govt rmployment

30,000 starting bonus will be else..after one yeAr promotion and increament in salary

People who are hesitating to join just go on www.nrspbank.com and check tje training center..its just a lovely land with accomodation and recreations

If u join NRSP your experience will only be considered in microfinance field instead of Commercial banks!
After many years u will stand at zero point where were u started bcz microfinance experience is utilized in micro field only!

What to do with commericial banks where for cahier post we have to struggle alot at just 18000 post ..in microfinance good post good salary package. Continue here and live a life of officers instead of being a beggar in seeking job at commercial bank

In commercial banks u go at 90am and u even dnt know when u come back to home at night..in cimmercial banks at the post of manager ur value is equal to none..while in microfinanace u will earn alot of respect with ur abilitiea and u r also highly paid.. For mto post commercial banks pay 27000 only anf we r paid 30000 here so dnt need for any commercial

you mean for OG 2 they pay RS 27000 or is that for OG 3？
