Dear as u know,
CFA takes a large time to cover at least 5 years.
and MBA takes two years.

while U will have to Study only 1 year for CSS.
u can focus on one thing CSS or CFA. the decision is upon u.

guy,
time is in your hand not any one else, so U must decide what to do?
if u can appear in CSS, it will be best option otherwise MBAs are thousand and CFA takes long time.

cfa needs more hard work than CSS but it will give more fruits than CSS...go for CFA...and also u can do both the things side by side...go for MBA...and do try for CSS as well...its not that hard to tackle....if you opt for CSS and left MBA than there is more probability of loss...as if khudna khuwasta u cant clear CSS than u waste your one precious year...so in my opinion u can try both...

brother fs 7,

it all depends on you.
if you want money money and money.go for CFA(it is tough)..u should do mba in anycase before going for CFA because acoording to americans CFA is a masterz level self study programme and plus we can not compare our graduation to their graduation, leave aside masterz.after bba CFA is a big real big gamble.but however if you think you are intelligent enough and have confidence in you you can takeover the world, leave aside CFA.

if you want authority authority authority and responsibility responsibility responsibility and chance to serve serve serve your country and a real low low low income.welcome to css.

choice is yours.you have to decide priorities for your life.but yes if u complete CFA a luxurious life will be yours(all that glitters is not gold).it is the most widely accepted degree in finance, having acceptibilty all over the world.and yes you also have to undergo an internship after passing the three levels of cfa so it is difficult and time taking.
if you have any other questions in your mind regarding CFA feel free to ask.

i also wanted to do CFA but i preferred css over it.a gamble

Dear Fs_7,

BBA is finest bachelors after engineering, it has great diversity of subjects, you can choose many optional subjects for CSS too from previous BBA study.

Its good to pursue your MBA meanwhile keep your eyes open and study the comprehensive subjects of CSS, MBA is far better than all other masters being offered in Pakistan, so go for it otherwise If possible, look for MS as you've 16 years education (I guess, your BBA would be of 4 years).

CSS is the most demanding profession if you are looking for job security and you'll be part of some elite clique by joining it, CFA is cool, has very much demand but very rare people are qualifying three stages of CFA, I think still the number is under 150 people who have qualified CFA from Pakistan, some of my friends are pursuing it too, but they find it hard to pass second and third stage.

Further, ask yourself, will you be able to deal government higher-ups or you'll feel easy dealing with corporate management.

All the success!
