Most probably, they will be interviewed at Lahore or Islamabad as given in the current status of the jobs at SBP website. But yes, in application form the Multan was also one of the option for interview as well.

No there were only three centers in the application form,lahore,karachi and isb

sbp deals with policy issues. It formulates independent monetary policy, issues currency, ensures soundness of financial system by promulgating different laws i.e anti money laundering law, keeps an oversight on banks, manages foreign reserves/debt and exchange rate. It also deals with international financial institutions like IMF. On the other hand SBP BSC deals with operational functions. It's a subsidiary organization of SBP and is obliged to do any task as asked by SBP besides its functions as defined in SBP-BSC ordinance 2001. The ordinance has delegated the functions like prize bond dealing, export finance facilitations, management of government accounts, providing banking services to government of pakistan and revenue collection and distribution from commercial banks.[/QUOTE]

Mine interview is on 7th Jan at Lahore... Just reached from office n now double happiness of match as well as Interview...
