There are total 13 seats available in Lahore. Out of around 50 or 60 candidates who made it to this round (Assessment Exam to test Candidate's Report writing skills + Panel Interview) and yes, this wasn't the final round, there would be an Assessment test and final Interview, since there a lot of candidates competing for these 13 seats. Don't believe that HR Officer who called you for the Interview, and told you that this is the final round while she was giving you the Assessment Test question Paper and Candidate profile form at TCS Kot Lakhpat office. because she doesn't that herself. This is the first time TCS is hiring and Interviewing candidates for MTO positions and there are no set guidelines that they are following, they are designing and making new rounds (Assessment Rounds) as they go, so one can't say with 100% probability that there would be other rounds to shortlist candidates and this might just be the Last round. But I am 95% sure there would another Assessment test coming up. TCS is done interviewing Karachi and Lahore regions. Now They are going for Islamabad Region. This Whole Recruitment & selection Process would take atleast one month. I think they will give preference to LSE & LUMS guys. Don't know why. I could be wrong, but it feels like it. so guys dont keep your hopes High bcz there are only 13 seats in Lahore and around 50-60 made it to this round (45 Marks ain't that hard to get).

@Lahorian what is your name ?? TCS is conducting interview alphabetically wise !! b/w there are total 50 seats available ....... they said to me this is initial interview and there will be an assessment stage followed by final interview.

yeh em from khi......confirmation letter will me offered at the end !! still 2 stages are remaining, if you will be shortlisted thn they will contct you in 2nd week of may !!
