@Swift ... Did you get their call? or what ? And Yeah salary Package should be good of such a large MNC.

I called and talked to an HR guy. He said that we will be announcing the list of successful candidates within a week.
I hope they pay well otherwise the cream which will get selected will face huge disappointment.

Well I think you are absolutely right. And in that case they might have finished assessment at Lahore as well. Let's see and hope for the best. They are introducing their MTO program for the first time so they should make it a lucrative option for the current and future candidates.

I have heard from another source, he too is say that the "Starting" Salary is going to be 20k. Thats a bummer.

All these rumors are pointing at this salary range man.

If I get selected and they offer me 20k, it will be a very difficult decision for me.
Considering the fact that they are offering MTOs (which is a big thing - also they picked 30 or so people out of 12000) a mere 20k, leads me think that one can't expect any significant salary raises in the next 2 years from this organisation.

I second that.

But I don't think they will offer 20k. Anything below 30 will result in significant rejection by the selected candidates. Or even if they join, many of them will keep searching for better opportunities.

Angry Recruitment Process Postponement
Now TCS is saying that the process is postponed till mid of July.
