salary for teller is 12K, for bachelor degree holders and 14K for master degree holders,,,,,,, their is no bond requirement of singing the bond,,,,,,,,

Dear All

Please can anybody tell me what does it mean by 3.5 M target every month.
please can any one explain it deeply.

A BDO Has to bring 3.5 M new deposit every month
or
he has to maintain 3.5 million account transaction

on can maintain a cr balance of 3.5 million of same account for 12 month is he achieved the target.

Seniors Please guide me

3.5 M, means to 35 lac rupees you are to deposit from new client, and BDO job is targeted job, if u achieve your target then can survive or continue your job.
