hi to all friends.ma sab ko ya batata chalon k add ma abl walon na show keia ta k commerce graduate ko prefrence ho gi aur ya bacheloar aur master ki problem I think bacheloar walon sa zyada unhey master ko prfrence deney chaheia I think the have fixed some prcentage for shortlisting process mere interview batch ma to sare masters tay kuch students honors k tay.aik friend jis na lekha hai k mujey un logon na master ki waja sa sorry kaha to per un logon na ap ko bulia kyon api ki C.V to un k pass ho gi us ma app na clear mention keia hoga k ap master hain.and please give all freinds comments on one strange question they have asked me in interview they asked k app k UBl ma abu ya uncle ki job hai I said (NO) then they said Ristadar I said (NO) then a person questioned any friend i said no pir kaha ap ka koi aur parosi wagera then I said yes q k mera aik parosi abl ma mto hai interview ma 3 log betay ta un ma sa aik question kr raha ta baqi (2) silent tay jab ma kaha na k mera parosi hai abl ma to zor sa hansa per un 2 ki taraf mutawaja huva aur kaha achi ya kisi ko abl ma janta hai per un logon na kaha k wo app k pass punch gaya i mean mere city ko per kaha ya kisi ko janta hai per us ka name pucha ma na bataya per kaha wo app k pass punch jaye ga per question keia k kia app us k sath aik bank ma agar wo operational manager ho kam kr sakey ga replied yes.please give comments what deos it means why he was laughing at me on my answering yes.

it was clearly mentioned in eligibility criteria for BDO....MBA or M.com....so unfortunately ABL dent prefer Honors degree.... :-(

my CGPA is 3.2 n from PU. MJE is bat pr b ABL pr gussa tha k honors walo ne b to 16 yrs cmplt kye hoty h na. inho ne tellor k liye short list ni kya to MTO k liye kya kre ge

such practices of HR-ABL are much disappointing....they focus on Masters degree rather than 16-year of education....

As i have done MBA after B.Com(H) and shortlisted for BDO....

that would be just a waste of time to appear for BDO test,
as i told earlier you can have this job with minor reference.....

When the test for teller position is going to be conducted? If they are arranging an interview for the position of teller then is there anyone who have received the call from Karachi for an interview

They also put a situation on me One person who had position in middle asked me how u will work with Branch Operation Officer who has same qualification like you and you will definitely feel jealousy with his separate seat with compare your counter seat.i said teller position has also an oppurtunity to grow as branch supervisor but he said its a truth that you will feel jealousy.I said i don't think so but he was contineously saying this.They were all staring at me like i am an alien what sholud i do at that time.And kindly tell me where you given the interview abidkhan?
