MBA (from Bank designated Universites) Degree Holder teller to BSO eligible in 1 year
MSc. or MBA Degree Holder teller To BSO Eligible in 2 year
B.Com. Degree Holder Holder teller To BSO Eligible in 3 year
BA Degree Holder Holder teller To BSO Eligible in 4 year

Off course lekin ye probational period k elava ha MBA 01 years means one year after probational period with probational pperiodyou have to work on the same position for two years means one year probation and after confirmation one year more and also the same case with other degrees .

Thanx for guiding us, but can u plss tell us ke bank designated universities kaun si hain, & i have completed my MBA from COMSATS, kya ye unn universities main included hai???

Anybody knows ke BSO aur BDO main kya difference hai? or kya ye same hain?

BDO means business development officer you have to bring deposit and new accounts a target based job leading to branch manager or bso.BDO is MG12 in Allied bank means less than OG3.You have to qualify written test and internal interview to change cadre from BDO to BSO an mg11.means Og3.Normally It takes #to 5 YEARS to change cadre.
BSO means Banking services officer MG11 means OG3 BSO are hired as an MTO.An MTO after some time become BSO .MTO are hired as an MG11 same to BSO no difference between BSO and MT it leads towards BSM or Branch manager MG11 will become MG10 and so forth no need of passing internall tests etc direct promotion.Salary and Other benefits of Mto or BSo are greater than TELLER or BDO.

BSO or MTO are not target based job these position are in operation not in marketing .you have to work in a branch running routine branch operations.BDO is in marketing.And in Allied bank marketing and operation are to different departments but some Time Your Regional head of operations or Regional head of CRBG I mean marketing can demanded you to bring deposit r new accounts your Manager also demanded the same by the way branch Banking ap na Branch manager ki taraf jana hota same deposit and new accounts waise b branch banking ma cahey ap jis department ma ho ap ka target based job na b ho kabi kabi deposit ki demand to hoti rehti hai branch banking ma ye to ho hi nahi sakta key deposit ki demand na ho.
