Yesterday through TCS.. from H. O. ABL Lahore.. 2 copies of joining letter are given, we have to post one back to H. O. with few documents after signing the letter, it should reach to H.O. lahore till 25th otherwise this offer will be of no value. So I think Yesterday was last for issuing joining letters because if someone receives a joining letter tomorrow, it will be difficult for him to send it back.
so better luck next time
and what preference you told about place of posting in the interview bhai

As I have received Joini.ng Letter from ABL it shows strict terms and conditions like written and verbal assessment after 3 months training, then 1 year probation period and bank has the right it can terminate selected candidate services at any time and without assigning the reason.
my question is that does every bank has same policy and strict rules in recruitment of trainees or ABL is little more bitter? and joining ABL may be risky? I am also selected as TO at BAF. Which is better?
Thanks in anticipation

There are more growth opportunities in small banks like baf as I work in a private bank.

Yes brother, i m already working...& now its not possible for me to join immediately. Bcz i am permanent employee here and i wil have to serve 1 month notice period after resign.. Secondly offered salary is quite low & i estimated that i can grow more fast here, where i am now...So its not possible for me to switch...

Last but not the least, it was amazing experience to appear and clear test & finally the interview.... Its a more satisfactory for me even i can't join ABL..

Good Luck to all Selected candidates and very very good luck to ABL

dear ABL is not in a position to terminate its employees. it is facing a huge shortage of employees all over Pakistan because of the rapid dropout of its employees. it will have to announce MTO jobs on a huge scale in order to overcome the shortage so job security in abl is more than any other organization.
