Default canvassing.
Living in the Pakistani society we all know that in the job market , canvassing or Sifarish in other words is highly prevalent , merit is mostly killed , and job positions are granted on basis of contacts.


I am nearing graduation , and would InshAllah apply to Mto programs next year , I would like to ask the community members what would they say about sifarish in the recruitment processess of the mto program? could a hardworking lose heart , or strive to excel?

Dear i myself got appointed in ABL as MTO along with 4 friends, completely on Merit.......then after some period i got appointed in NBP as MTO/OG II, believe you me my all friends and me are selected on merit,we had no SIFARISH just put your best and seek help from ALLAH no one can put hurdles in getting job, in the end the most important win your parents prayers-these matters alot. Be positive
