@waqar kindly let me know what areas of study they question commonly?
how many years one after being selected must remain in bond with bank and salary etc plz?

from your major subjects mostly and general..... you have to sign 3 years bond

dear this is i think simple OG2 not MTO.... and bond for MTO IS 3 YEAR 3 LAKH..... so this not MTO because they are ofering normal OG2 also.

here is some info and difference between both is

1. Og2 simple 2 years graduation k bad bhi lag jata hai but mto k liye 16 years education must h aur age limit 26

2. mto kisi grade ka naam nahi hai ik opportunity ka naam h!! mto ka grade bhi og2 he hota hai in bank al habib and may be og3 in nbp etc

3. mto ke branch manager aur us se oper jane k chances ziada fast hain og2 mai approx. 2 saal ziada lag jatay hain..

4. og2 ki total salary 18000 hai mto ki 28000..!

5. og2 etc jaise officers apne bal botay pe sekhte hain no training is given but mto ki specially her department mai training hoti hai!!

Assalam-o-Alaikum

Not quite agreed with the captioned post.

Graduation of two years is offered a rank called "Sub Officer" and a person having 16 years education is granted a position of OG-II.

MTO will be given an officer rank called Officer Grade II or OG-II after the completion of six months training at Training and Management Division Karachi, It is to be noted that the outstation inducted individuals will also be trained there.

Growth is based on performance irrespective of any designation.

As far monetary benefits the OG-II is offered 21000 while MTO during training 22000 and after that 28000.

For MTOs Bond is of 3 Lacs or may be 4 or 5 Lacs this year and directly hired in OG-II will have to sign a bond of 1 Lac.

The tenor of bond is three consecutive years.

Thanks for the above replies. I need to know, how do we know if they are hiring us for MTO or any other position. Secondly is this MTO program for back office functions or the MTO's will be placed in branches? Please be specific
