We did not had any type of these special treatments in Lahore, No biryani no tea no green tea. So i would advise the guys who are going to appear for the interview here in Lahore to Take proper KHANA before going.

Yup right, éclairs candies were in large qty at MCB Lahore.. but I guess there was arrangement of tea in café
The interview panel (on the left side of the stairs) was just useless…I’m wondering what kind of interview I had…they didn’t ask even a single question from me related to my studies… They were focusing more on your willingness to sign3 years bond and your preferred places of posting.. why do you want to go to Khi, wahan tou punjabio ko maar rahay hain
They asked me, who is the Governor Sindh, Foreign Minister, which is the tallest building of the world and Pakistan (its MCB tower), strength & weakness, family background, divisions and grades obtained…
Ghussa aata hai ya nahi Customer ghussay mein aa ker kuch kahy tou how’d you handle the situation, kesa attitude hai…

It was not that tough, I had Finance degree so they asked me questions about Hedging, Market Exposure, Internal Rate of Return, Role of State Bank, Monetary Policy, Discount Rate, Micro financing and its future in Pakistan, then asked me if are you ready to work anywhere in Pakistan and you know we have a bond for 3 years...
So if you have a Finance degree, they are going to give you a bit tough time. Over all not that bad experience. But Time Management is very bad... Remember to bring you all documents and their photocopies and also the photocopy of your CNIC.

What kind of questions they are asking to students of other fields not of IBM department.... and would they judge general knowledge or ask Q related to Current affairs..??

Then they wont allow you to go for the interview, you’d better take ‘em with you.

I've heard they were asking about IRR, NPV, cash cycle, operating cycle..

Thanks guys for sharing such a wonderful info that interviews will be conducted 5-6 hrs late but thats not a prob now coz PAF k tests mai bhi yehi hua tha. Test agar 11 bajay tha to 2-3 bajay lete thay. Anyways, good luck to all who have interviews today and May Allah help us all
