Same kaam hai rozana Payorder banau lugun ke ya phir Clearing pe thappe lagau.... Respect naam ki cheez MCb se expect kerna bewaquufii hai... Izzat ki tokrii hum ghar rakh kar office jate hain.......

Cant u see MCB is hiring people in such a huge number every 6 month , This is the biggest proof of people saying Good bye to MCB.

Still Job Market is so Stiff these days, young graduates just have to accept employment opportunities that come their way.. MCB Experience on your Resume does make a difference, This shows u ve handled worst possible situation and u r ready to handle pressure

@kashifj .. Dear I am selected as a TBO in mcb n MTO in allied bank , can you suggest me which one is better regarding career path and career growth??
Allied bank is offering 22.5k with 10% semiannually increment.

dear go for allied bank. Its timing is 9 to 5 and there are no worries about deposit. My brother's friends are doing job in Allied for 2 years and they are satisfied. If you are intellectual you will given good position in Allied Head Office or Regional Office. One of my senior at my university is doing job in Mcb, i have never seen him satisfied. He even planned to quit from Mcb but due to poor market conditions he is not leaving Mcb.

they have taken only 28 candidate for karachi out of 140 shortlisted for interview. and some people will definately not join as ABL has also announced MTO result. ABL MTO is much better than MCB TBO. some will not join for any other reason so is there any chance for the other candidate to get a call from MCB in the next week. i mean after orientation day.
