i also solved it.. the last price will be 140 ..
and the avg price was 160 .. so the difference will be 20...

160 increase by 25% =200
200 decrease by 30%= 140

so now difference of avg price will be 160-140 =20 ..
correct me if i wrong..

correction in question -> 50% .

i ticked 100% becoz of common sense (i thought formula of area = 2pi*r ).. but i was wrong..
it will be increase by 125%
let see

area=pi * r^2
let suppose r=10 intially
so area will be 100 (exclude pi for simplification)
now radius increase by 50%
so r will become 15 as 50%of 10 =5 ;

area = 15*15 =225 ;

1st area 100
2nd area 225 means increase 125%

correct me if i wrong..
