There are no senior members in this thread. In the last 2 threads for YPIPs earlier batches, there are a lot of seniors and even SBP-BSC management. Gone are the golden days of this forum. Now people feel reluctant to share their experiences and help others. RoadBlock, Gandalfwhite, Ma'am Reema mushtaq or anyone else, Please can you roughly tell us about the number of seats.

Mean no body have a clear insight of the selection criteria and no of seats?

Do they ask everyone about mobility issues? Because a lot of candidates were saying that they asked about dislocation from home city. They did not ask me any such thing, what does it mean ?

No. I was not asked about mobility problem. I guess successful candidates will be posted nearest to domicile city.

Only girls are posted at or nearest domicile city but totally different in case of Boys they may post them in any field office specially Lahori boys are always posted out side Lahore mostly in Karachi and it is the right of SBP because they have clearly mentioned in ad about posting

A friend of mine who was appointed in last batch has told me that they have read file containing all details regarding the selection of candidates.
According to him their selection was based on 70% test and 30% interview.

It means those with low marks must have worked very very hard in the interviews and impressed the panel very well in order to get selected.

I don't think it would be of any help to discuss our marks. Let's just hope for the best. I just wanted to ask if they are going to strictly observe regional/provincial quotas? I mean if there is only one person from Muzzafarabad who qualified the test, is he bound to get selected? Or it's strictly merit.

P.S I am not pointing anyone, just trying to clear out this confusion.
