I know for a fact that tge person on 8th position in merit list got 76 marks in test. So if we assume that the topper got 80 marks and got full marks in interview, then his total marks will be (80*0.7)+30=86, assuming the 70:30 criteria. Almost all of us were asked approx 10 questions, so we can also assume that each q had about 3 marks. Now u can calculate your total marks and hence your chances knowing that the max marks were 86

Meray 69 marks thay. About the questions, it was all a general idea. Plus un 30% main apka experience, personality abd ur manners bhi count hotay hon fay

Does banking experience matters in final selection?

I think experience do matters but it will not have a large impact on selection. Because it's an entry level job and inductees will undergo 6 months training. 3 months theoretical training followed by 3 months on-job training. So they also sometime want fresh inductees or ones with a little experience so that SBP-BSC can mold them in to their structure from the start of their career. Usually in these jobs experience may give you a little edge but those without experience have equal chances because it is an entry level job that requires no experience. However this is my personal opinion. One might disagree with me.

You did a lot of research.
The guy at number 8 in the list got 74 not 76.
Topper might be at 76 to 77.
If topper gets full marks in interview which is highly unlikely. How can we know our situation or chances ?
Because most of the people have their marks less than 70.
some 30 odd people have marks greater than 70. So we can not compare ourselves to the topper.

20 to 25. That's a lot of questions. If you managed to answer them and cover yourself in a reasonable way then your chances are very bright. They asked me only 15,16 questions including questions relating to my previous job. They did not ask any introduction of me. Questions straight away.

I agree. Experience will not matter alot. Final merit will be based on test score and interview marks.

It is not necessary that the one who got highest marks in the test will also get full marks in interview. I think everyone has a fair chance of selection.

Experience has Zero Percent weight-age. Only Test and Interview Marks.
