1. How many candidates will they call for interview?
A. All the qualified candidates.

2. What do they ask in interview?
A. Just like any other interview, they may ask anything. Mostly it will be related to your own studies and experiences. They might ask some basic banking or financial terms but it doesn't reflect very badly on you if you don't know them because you are not supposed to know much about it. Do read about SBP and SBP (BSC) a little, what they do and what they don't.

3. Key to successful interview?
A. Confidence. Do not get confused if they do not agree with you or if you don't know answer to a question. Stay very positive.

4. How many candidates are going to be hired?
A. Probably around 80 if previous trend continues.

5. What is the weightage of test scores/interview?
A. Nobody knows. But the weightage for test scores is pretty high and you have very good chances of being selected if you scored well.

What does it mean by high score? My marks are 74 n i dwell in multan but my domicile city is rawalpindi... I want to know how much time it will take to call us for interview? Weeks or months ? Moreover urMohid posted some faqs ...plz tell us what is ur source of this information is it exact info or your assumptions ? I called the concerned authority of sbp- bsc today n they tell me process is going on n there is no exact time limit of completion n number of vacancies n not disclosed ...m much confuse kindly help .....

My source is experience of interviewing with SBP myself and my friends most of whom got inducted.

And they are right about there not being an exact timeline and yes number of vacancies is also not announced but again I'm speaking from past experience as I said earlier.

I forgot to reply about the high marks part. It really depends on how others scored in the test so I cannot say what a high score would be.

You can check other threads of previous YPIP and JOTP programs to get an idea of how long it takes for the interview calls. It should not take too long I believe.

I have a friend who works at SBP-BSC HR dept,,he said that 70 and around is a good score for selection of a person who belongs to backward areas.

I don't think they will change pattern for interview,,it can be of general nature but some questions about sbp can be asked.
