I'll do the same. But I think there would be no incentive on the basis of Masters degree.

What was in the NIBAF Training?

What is the job nature of OG-1? Are they really cashiers, sitting at front desks facilitating customers? or is it related to operational banking?

After selection, can one continue one's studies? What are the prospects of earning relevant degrees (like MBA, MPA [Public Administration], MA Public Policy, or Developmental studies) during the first 2 or 3 years of service?
