I got 78 marks in SBP OG-1 2016...What about my selection?

It is just the first step; the second and the most decisive round will be the interviews. Selection would be based on that, plus written marks, etc. Where are you from? What is your qualification?

when interview will be held? from where we can prepare? can anyone guide us pls

Abhi tak to result card he mily hain, nothing could be foretold as the procedure that is being followed this time, is moving at a snail's pace.
Regarding interview, it is, as glimpsed from earlier threads, all about one's interests, GK, and questions related to the qualification and experience. If one's simple BA, the panel would not go far as to ask the questions related to core economic questions, but only a general political economy outlook.

for interview preparation, one should go for thorough stud of pak economy, basic concept of economy like fiscal policy, monetary policy, budget
, budget deficit etc and knowledge about yhe structure, policies and working of state bank of pak... beside this, a candidate should have command over the optional and compulsory subjects of his/her bachelor degree. The focus of the panel would most probably be on a candidates confident level and his personality. Sbp requires nothing but a candidates loyalty and commitment of working in the bank for his rest of life if selected. They do not want to hire such people who run away after joining or go for other jobs leaving sbp... In short, a candidate must defend his loyalty toward bank during interview and tell the panel he is their and will be their. Hw is not going to quit the job...
