Sir kindly elaborate the difference between YPIP and SBOT. Is YPIP is good for females if selected. I have qualified YPIP 6th batch. I am already working as IIR at FBR and I am confused comparing both because i do not know alot about YPIP.

In banking sector, this is the best job for Female.... Environment is also good ( as per previous qualified candidates' responses) and it is one of the great public firms which is worth working for..........

I have bs electronics background how should i prepare for the interview, and where will I be placed in engineering it or banking department?

Tapali all positions are for operations and core banking. this is not an engineering position im afraid
