I don't prepare for Synonyms and Antonyms in an explicit way. I read books and articles, write down words which appear frequently or seems important to me. I go through my list of written words after few weeks. This is a very slow process but works 100%. Also, you can use Vocabulary Builder app by Magoosh on your phone.
