You will be trained for banking "if selected" and will be posted in banking department. SBP BSC is totally different from conventional banks it is more related to office work. And go through previous threads of YPIP, it will help you a lot for preparation.

Leon22 can you ask from your source regarding wieghate given to test marks and interview? As i cleared with 76 marks which i think are on the lower end of the spectrum

Please read whole thread bro i have told several times about it.
30% interview
70% test marks
If you are from sindh urban then yes you are on lower ground but that doesn't mean you can't make it out. A well performed interview can help you in grabbing a position out of it

I scored 79 from Punjab do i stand a chance among people with 88 and with no experience at all?

Yes punjab has 50% quota so you have advantage if you perform outstanding in interview

Any information leon sahb regarding the number of seats this time?
most of the people are saying this is the last bunch of og2 candidates in ypip that bsc will be recruiting,is that true? would it have any impact on the number of seats for a matter of concern Sir?
will appreciate any news from you regarding this as you've always given valuable information.

Well there is no news till for now that this would be the last batch and yes i am not aware about exact number of seats but this batch will be smaller than previous ones that means seats will be less than 80 at least, probably 60 to 70.
