This is not true, I Live in Karachi, and I called SBP HR today , they said no one still knows how many days it will take before the letters for GD are dispatched ... Please Kindly refrain from such kind of false statements...

So lets wait and hope for the best
P.S post any information on the basis of confirm news not just word of mouth!!

I may be wrong but I guess SBP might take the GD & PI of both SBOT & YPIP during the same time period. The deadline for YPIP document submission is 10th Dec, so what I believe is that the GD & PI might take place during 3rd week of December. Or even may be during January next year because every bank has to give their semi-annual report by end of December so this is a very busy month for SBP people. Who knows.

Well, there has been a misunderstanding. One I said a Friend of my Friend in Karachi had a call (on cell) by SBP regarding the GD last Friday. Now I had never given any dates or time regarding the GD.

I don't know why statements are mis-read.

Then I had called the SBP HR, and I talked to Mr Salman, there he said in four to five days you can expect a call. Now still there aren't any letters. Plus I had asked that if anyone gets any calls please share, so in no way this all means that there was a GD today or any day at Karachi or anywhere in Pakistan ..
