sbp circular letter 5 dated 16.03.2013 mentioned 2 new names to take over services as DG Banking and DG operations

Atleast this means that new appointments are being made in sbp despite of ECP ban on fedral recruitments. We can only hope for the best.
Yes such political inducements in bank's management are an alarming matter but no one can create hindrance in our fate nor anyone can enhance it.

Dr. Mubashar Hasan has filed a petition in Supreme court of Pakistan against the appointments in SBP saying that the appointments were influenced by Anwar Majeed and those were not done on merit. I don't have any more info whether these were related to SBOTS or some other positions but this goes to show how much merit is being followed in SBP these days. open for comments.
