Assalaam o alaikum.
i am a student of bba and i have been given a project regarding Human resources aspects of State Bank of Pakistan. can someone please give me information on the points given below
1. Role of HR department and HR manager of State Bank of Pakistan.
2. HR planning procedure.
3. Recruitment and selection procedure.
4. Training and development procedure.
5. Performance evaluation and performance management procedure .
6. Employees reward system.

I recieved a call from SBP HR deptt. yesterday telling me that I needed to provide my detailed MBA marksheet as I had just sent the result statement of MBA .... and when I asked about the GD date, they said that most probably from next week starting from monday (03/12/2012) , the dispatching of GD letters would start, to the qualified candidates.... Lets hope for the best

Means they have started the final listing. People who have some problem are getting the calls. Within a week, they will issue the letters. That is my guess.

Well in order to have a MS degree you need to first fulfill its eligibility criteria, as evident from your post you have done your B.Com, now what you can do is that you apply for a MBA two years program and after doing that you can further apply for the MS program, other than that you can also have your M.Com or any other Masters and then apply for the MS.

But remember that a MBA degree will give you more choices in MS rather than when doing M.Com (only MS in Finance), you can go for MS, marketing HR as well. or MS economics, fields get open.

You should have read the job advertisement more thoroughly, it clearly states that "candidates awaiting final results are not eligible to apply". Onlt those who have completed their degree can apply.

So there is not point in crying and blaming other when clearly you yourself are at fault.

First your degree requirement is not complete and when you get rejected you start blaming the organization for corrupt practice? Such a shame!!!

Kindly stop tarnishing the reputation of a great institution of Pakistan.
