Well, everywhere you go you will find favouratism but to what extent is the real question? Well by now results should have been out, a lot of us are banking on this result. I think SBP should be considerate of what candidates are actually going through.

there may be multiple reasons (genuine reasons) for this delay. as someone here mentioned, probably the other hiring processes are becoming the reason of this delay

I did they say, file has been with Governor for the past few days and they will only dispatch results when he signs the file.

You upload registration form and examination form from IBP website. Fill it. Attach necessary documents (academic records, cnic copy and pics etc). Then from ANY bank of ur choice get a Demand Draft issued in favour of IBP karachi. This demand draft should be of the amount of registration fee (one time requirement) plus fees for the subjects you are going to appear in (recently it is Rs. 1500 per subject).
send the draft plus forms and documents to Intitute of Bankers pakistan, M.T Khan road, Karachi 72400 pakistan.
Thats it.

One thing i forgot to tell u. Do consult IBP past papers for the preparation of your exams.

These are matters of Rizq. We can give our best ouput and pray from Allah.
If Allah has written out rizq from SBP then no influence can stop it. Dont worry.just pray. Nothing reaches to us more than our fate and prior to the fixed time. :-)
