Go for test, take your mobile with you if you cannot leave it at home. In every NTS test center there is usually a mobile collection counter, give them your mobile and show them your roll number slip and pay them Rs 50/-. They will give you a number or a receipt in return.

After the test is over(Sometimes when the test is about to end, they bring the mobiles to the hall) you will show them the receipt/number and they will give you your mobile.
