The English portion was hard and time consuming. But, the rest was easy. I think this time around, the cut-off rate might be 80.

Because the term next it term multiplied with each other like
2x3=6, 3x6=18, 6x18=108, same as 18x108=1944

GK/IQ/Eco section was easier this time. Last year test takers, who just fell short of qualifying, were mostly sidelined by this amphibious section.

The mathematics section was demanding compared to last year's, but still pretty much doable provided test was 2.5 hours long. I scored 28 in Mathematics but this year I am hoping for low 20s at best. I left it for the end only to find out that 30 minutes were left.

I think English was easier.

Anyways, YPIP 2nd-batch had a merit of 70 with minimum 65% in every section. I believe this year it is going to stay that way.
Overall test was tougher this year, and there were very few, maybe single digits, who crossed 80 in 2012 when test was relatively easy.
SBP-BSC is going to call top 400-500 people, so marking is going to be on percentile basis.
