Even if we write to them, they are not going to pay heed to it, but instead we can try calling the Personal Management Department (02132455150) and stress upon them to clearly tell us about the selection criteria...

I was a silent spectator uptil then but I decided to post my opinion for the first time.

To all the people who thought they were rejected unjustly and they think they were qualified, I just want them to know one thing which is an insider story. YPIP 1 who was not as competent and not as qualified was a better fit for BSC while selecting YPIP 2 they hired better educated people from LUMS IBA, ICMA's and other disciplines and the results were, "that these people think that the nature of work in BSC is below their qualifications" and so far the feedback from the line managers is bad regarding their performance obviously a few exceptions are there, but in general a sense of superiority exist in the minds of YPIP 2, that is why this time around they specifically hired people who they think are going to conform rather than create unwanted nuisance.

So overqualified rejected people dont feel bad because you would have felt worse if you were asked to burn used currency notes in 45 centigrade, and asking yourself " Yaar mein nei itni parhai iss lie ke thee k mein yahan a k yeh kaam Karoon"

Best of Luck you all

May be you are right. Because last year i was selected in sbots18, but could not join due to some domestic issues. All of us know that joining sbp as AD in sbots batch is more prestigeous than joining sbp-bsc.
Rest is left to Allah. Doing MS, considering scholarship for PhD from Germany.

Sorry to say but your inside information has given you wrong info. YPIP 1st batch ppl were very highly qualified and most are eligible for their promotion also after performing very well. seems like a case of sour grapes.

Its sbp BSC man..
I believe if any merit based selection is made that is done in sbp.. But in BSC.. This is game of reference ..sorry for hurting the feelings of those who are not on-merit selectees.
So now that you are selected Fuzzy please shed some light on this 'game of reference'. how r you here now? tell in detail whose source you used and whom u approached
