Next stage is english proficiency test,either by Group disscusion or written . Ive experience of written one so can guide for only this one.essay was general type,like the ones in css,where you have to make a sense out of a sentence and then make your argument. Case study was also easy but required in depth analysis skills

My contribution to the ongoing discussion.

There was that question where you had to find value of P; (4(4) + 4)/2=10 hence answer was 4.
remainder 4 question; answer was 49/5 hence remainder 4 and answer 5.

GLASSES = 82
Book on top; none of the above. I check it twice.. had to select none of the above.
Title for the passage: Scarcity is everlasting.
Length of rectangle sides; selected 24 in tukka.
Penguins fly above water; ir whatever the question was.. my answer was Penguins.
Green represents Islam.

In starting of the test, I did CA/GK/IQ and performed well, as I am fond of GK and CA, done it up to the mark. I appeared in SBP test in 2012. Do not remember if it was SBOTS one or YPIP one. I scored 77. The overall cut off was set at 75 with 65% cut off for individual sections. Could not make the General Knowledge/ IQ/ Information section by 2 marks. Do not know if it was SBOTS that's why cut off was higher or it just varies every year. Because I read earlier in this same thread that last year in 2013 cut off was 65% overall and 50% section wise.

Can somebody confirm. And what about the interview? What do they generally ask?

Second, do they give any weightage to degrees qualifications percentages etc. or not?
