I am an Engineer and in SBP YPIP-4th Batch interview at Karachi they asked me some questions. So, I am sharing this in order to help all non-business graduates. Business graduates might find this helpful.

They asked, "You have done Engineering, and as you know SBP deals with economy and a candidate with business background would be more helpful to us, then why should we hire you?"

My Reply (Either wrong or right but I gave this):
Sir, first of all before applying for SBP-BSC, i read the qualifications carefully. They asked candidates with atleast 16 years education from any discipline.
So, it shows that SBP-BSC needs candidates with general abilities like leadership, teamwork skills. As I have been group leader of all the semester and final year projects in my university, it has developed my leadership as well as teamwork skills. Besides that I can adapt to any work environment and do my best of efforts. That may suffice as a reason to hire me.

Who is Governor of Balochistan?
Which recent Amendment has been made to constitution of Pakistan?

did they ask you for an intro?

Hello everybody,

I have a BBA Honors with bimajors in Management Information Systems + Finance. Then 2 years experience in HR, followed by a Masters in International Development.

I have no idea what are they going to ask me in the interview, can somebody suggest what subjects should I prepare?

And moreover, the justification of my job and then pursuing a masters in development studies. The slightly related subjects which I studied in development studies are Development Economics and Public Finance.

That's it.

P.S. I would suggest Engineering or Non-Engineering background candidates to be careful and be prepared about "What should we hire you?" question. It's a decisive question, in particular for engineers besides business graduates.
