Congratulations to those who are selected without any reference infact they are very lucky they should do khairaat. Now come to the point, i am applying to Govt posts since 2010 i have succeed in some cases with the help of reference. May be im not talented but there are many guys who are actually talented and intelligent enough atleast we shouldn't hurt them we are not against ztbl we are against the system. Why are doing this to us? Why Government believe on private sector like NTS why dont they believe on their departmental and FPSC or PPSC? Atleast they should closed these types of departments mulk par boj kam ho jayga. Enough is enough

Hm ne tou ye case krna hai k lower marks ki appointment hui hmri q nnh hui hm right rakhty haina...ztbl mae meray saaray relarives hain and allhum do lillah mjhe bht ache trha malum hain kis qadar corrupt organization hhai or ap ye sab bol k ku khd ko hyper kr rhy hain.. mae hn engineering ki jb engineer eliguble nh thy tou bulaya q add q dia... or jahan tak bat apne ki k ab tak job q hasil nh kr paye tou bhai ap ko letter mila ap ne view change kr lia abhi apko nh milta tou ap b agay agay hotay 84 marks hain nh mila q protwst kro etc etc... mjhe tou mil b jaye ga tb bhe kahunge case kro ap.ka right hai...

Yar kya hogaya hai? 3 din mai to bande k marne ka sog bhi khatam hojata hai, yahan abhi tk nokri na milne ka sog manaya jaraha hai, hum yahan joining k chakar mai abhi tk pareshan hain aur ap log abhi tk merit aur refrence ka debate kr reh ho! agar itna hi shak hai merit par to kyun dete ho tests government jobs ki? jab akhir mai khuwar hi krna hota hai ap ne, jab khud par bhrosa nahi ya khudki kismat par to khudara chordo apply krna government job, itne talented ho sab to private main hi future banao!
Rahi baat engineering walon ki to yeh batao agar engineer ki job ho aur apply BBA wale aur B.E wale karen to prefrence kisko di jani chaye?
isi tarah ZTBL mai bhi Business graduates ko hi prefer kiya gaya! just think beyond the personal interest!

How much time this whole process is gonna take? The filing of case, hearing to final judgement from the court?

Cant say about judgmnt but atleast case will be filed on tuesdy and v hope that v can take stay ordrs in nxt week inshallah .. Thn judgmnt can take mnths i guess bcz its pakistan's judiciary u lnw the drill ..
