in my interview they asked me ist to sit down, then ask about
my bsc specialization and
msc specialization plus
the institute from which i have done them.
my curent job
my current salary
my total experience
duty details
what is applied economics?
what is macro eco?
national income
quantity theory of money

what is price elasticity?
elastic demand
any thing on which price change haven't any effect on elacticity? (all questions answered but last one too much discusssed and in the end i was wrong)

Meaning of Kumar?
Which subjects you have studied in Commerce?
Which major topics you have studies in finance?
then they started asking me academic questions:
What are financial statements?
Why we use time value of money?
3 methods of Deprecation?
which method u will use for your organization?
what is annuity factor?
thats all...
all questions were answered in a brilliant way except last one!

My interview was on 9th june. As i worked in pakistan agricultural research council my Director was also there in interview panel.They asked me 4 questions thats it hardly 3 minutes interview i dnt know how they will select candidates because you can't judge someone's knowledge, experience and skills he or she has in maximum 3 minutes

Default Interview depends upon your appearance

DearNotorious rulzz!
Most of the friends say you can't judge a person in 3 or 2 minutes, yes you are right u can't be judged in 2 to 3 minutes, but the question arises why you gave them 2 to 3 minutes? its just coz of you, your confidence, your appearance always attracts the Interviewer to ask you more, coz they don't want to waste their time and your time, they ask you first question that represents your talent, your confidence level and your personality to act according to the questions! so just improve your knowledge about your academic as well as professional skills, that may increase your confidence, remove negativity and makes u more visible!

Dear Ajeetaamrani,
i really appreciate your kind advice. yeah you are absolutely right but the problem is,i was interviewed by some government officers not by any multinational company. Once i was interviewed in two departments of Serena Hotel Islamabad both times i was interviewed for an hour.i have 3 years of experience in government sector i know them very well. i know you are right but my point is, ZTBL interviews were just a formality.

You are right, Criteria would entirely depend on NTS score & Nepotism.
People below 65 will have least chances. They rude behavior of panel was expressing that they are least concern with abilities of the candidates but to windup the process ASAP.
