What is an OG-3? Is this is A MCO as like a branch manager?

OG-3 means Officer Grade-3..As far as I know, its just a grade, not a job designation..MCO is not like a branch manager, this position is way lower than a branch manager..

OG-3 is just one step below the Branch Manager.

OG-lll is a grade.. Officer grade three.. MCO is a designation.. Mobile credit officer.

My interview experience of ZTBL for the post of Officer Grade -III


There were total five members delegate to take interview from candidates

I entered in the room, delegate head said to me.
"Baita, chair p baithain ap"

Then one of the member asked

Your name?
Your degree?
What is project management which you mentioned in application form and from which Univ you did this diploma??
Your current job??
Salary package.???

Then he said to engineering head to ask question from me.

Engineering head asked:

Specialization in power or telecommunications??

Why there is the need of earthing or grounding??
What is Norton theorem??
Which source of electricity is efficient to produce electricity??

Then engineering head said to ZTBL head member.
He is OK from my side.

Then ZTBL head member said to me.
"Baita, you are free. Ap ja skty hn"
