By the grace of God Ive been selected. I am so much thankful to God and my parents prayer without it I wouldn't have got the job.

I have 84 marks in NTS and did ma economics. I was reading all the comments on this forum from last few days and was very down that I don't have any sifarish and will not be selected. But to my surprise I got my offer letter yesterday it was by pak post as leopard courier don't deliver in my village. I myself belong to very poor background and have got this job without any reference. A friend of mine who did manual labour and to pay his uni fees has also been selected without any sifrarish.

Most of you who are crying foul play I would say Grapes are Sour. NTS test mark are no benchmark of intelligence. Why organizations call for interview why they cant only decide on the base of NTS test result. Once you have been called for interview whether you have scored 100 OUT OF 100 in NTS or 60 you all are equall everyone has equal chance of selection. And we appear for an entry level job interview where hardly we will get 3 or 4 mint max in interview. Its not MD level interview where they gona grill you for an hour. If ztbl is bound to select only 70 plus or 80 plus scorers in NTS than why 60 plus should be called for interview.
So ill suggest instead of crying foul work hard next time

i was appeared in NBP interview on 22nd june 2016... from where you came to know that you are selected? just after 2 days of interview? will you please give a proof that your scored 76 marks last year even 77 this year. tailors also have ref. even guards and tea boys tak k ref hoty hain. so zayada chunay kakay nhi bano.

Muje samaj ni aa ri k jo loag keh re k wo merit pe hain unko bakiyon k protest se kia tension hai. agar list revise ho bi gai tu jo chand loag merit pe howe hain wo bi us me shamil hi hongy. tension unko honi chaheye jinhn ne safarish k thru job secure ki. So please dont discourage anyone, they have a right to protest for their own rights.

I am starting to doubt the legitimacy of the claims made by a couple of so called "Merit Based Selectees" here. It seems they are quite disturbed by the fact that a number of people are protesting against this "sifarish-oriented" organization named ZTBL.

ill recommend all those who haven't been selected and feel like they have God given right to be selected must knock at court doors. Once they try courts soon they will realise it was better to prepare for next job test rather than wasting time in courts.

Once it came to realization that it was hurting someone, it had been removed from the place. You can now search out in order to make confirmation. Good luck!
