AOA..wen u file a case in court against an organization..then the court asks that organization to reveal its selection criteria and the basis on which it has selected people..thats not a big deal

If I am not wrong almost 3000 people were interviewed and ztbl has selected almost 160 out of 3000. So how many out of 3000 who appeared in interview are commenting on this forum. And and few of the people from this forum hasn't been selected that doesn't mean it was all sifarish. I would offer burnol the original burns cream to heal the wounds lololol

so you think any organization can make selection without having any laid down criteria when they know there are courts there is NAB there is FIA etc.

No letter received till now, I'm from Isb and had scored 81 marks in the NTS. I also have a strong believe that there's some strong PARCHHI system prevailing in the whole ZTBL recruitment process.
I am seeing many candidates who scored really good marks in NTS losing hope in this as they too are rejected.
Suna tha k ZTBL me khoob reference chalta hay aur ab practically experience bhi kar hi lia finally

Some people here are mature and their point of view is also right that the merit criteria should be displayed at least but some are just taking the grudge out against the selected few

81 marks.. masters in finance.. not selected.. .. let me tell you how corruption is done... 125 parchi pay bharti karo or 25 merit pay to justify the whole hiring process.. people who are selected on merit should not be worried at all.. they would again be selected... (and mein nay interview mein heer ranjhay k kissay nai sunaye thay.. believe me..)
