Nokri kaa interview thaa kohi school college kaa exam nahi kaay joo aglay meri ki list banathay paray. Janab selection criteria kesay define kiya jayee aap koo. U came for job interview they didnt force u to come. And where in the world if you go for any job interview and if you are not selected you are been told janab yeh hamara criteria thaaa oree isss isss wajaa saay hum naay aap koo select nahi kiyaaa. Kha i ztbl kaay ilwaa telenor mobilink shell pso warid etc mein b interview daay ker dekhnaa oree if u not selected than see whether they will give u a complete explanation why u not selected lololol

381 seats hain
191 finalise hui hain ab tak baaqi honi hai
Almost 100 offer letters are being dispatched per day and ye silsila eid tk chalega letters k dispatch hone ka

Hahaha all I can observe on this forum so far is most of them who are selected are kind of making fun of those not finalized by claiming the whole process was very smooth and NTS marks hold no importance, the ones not selected are not talented enough etc etc whereas those who are not lucky enough to get placed are just asking for the selection criteria which indeed is the right of every candidate afterall many of them travelled from distant places with huge hopes.
Talking about me, I scored 81 in NTS and no letter received till now so my hopes are almost vanished now. Not saying the whole process was corrupt but I can smell a lot of favoritism too, as they haven't cleared the selection procedure no doubt!

jo loag keh re k selection k liye 60 wala aur 75+ wala brabar hain, its like a bad joke. according to gov rule per seat max 5 candidates ka interview hona chaheye tha yani just 800 ya 900 candiadates ka interview hona chaheye tha.
asal mein unfortunately jo safarrishi thy unky marks kam thy tu unko "accommodate" karny k liye cut off criteria kafi low rakha gia. lower 60s walay tu interview k liye bi deserve ni karty thy.
