Default query about DOB
i did my matriculation from gujranwala board at the age of 13 years. i want to do css but one of my cousin who is also preparing for css has said that my form will be rejected because at the time of my metriculation, my age must be atleast 14 years. is it true? anyone please?

There is no such provision in css rules. You must be equell or above 22 and have (at least) 2nd class graduation degree. You need not to ask any one just read all the rules mentioned on fpsc or on this site as well. every thing will be clear to you.
