You might have some plans and ideas to serve country. What is your favorite field that you think can be suitable for your plans and to implement you ideas well? As you want to serve the country so you should place those groups on the top which in your views want extra care and attention.

All the groups are good that is why place in category of CSS but they are not equal at all.

Dear brother i daresay if you have any practical experience.Sir,you live in karachi/sindh.the stronghold of MQM.The most manipulated and corrupt departments are police and dmg.And the ordinary worker of MQM is more powerful than the IG Police who is nothing more than a goon.The same case is in punjab.Shahbaz sharif is the punjabi replica of Altaf hussain.And the brunt is always borne by these two groups(police&dmg).the most disprivileged and notorious groups.Police is simply a misstress of politicians and DMG officers are rubber stamps.
You know the truth and i also know the truth .don't befool yourself.and don't ignore the truth.

lolz, if you have already decided not to pay heed to any advise then why did you request for any suggestion?

And if you are so sincere to serve country specially in those areas where competent people like you are required then education sector is the best choice for you particularly rural areas of Punjab in primary teaching. Jahan competent log parhany ky liy jana pasand nhi karty. Please serve this nation and teach these backward communities in these pinds.

CSS Officers of 15th Common from DMG and PSP are now in grade 20 and I think ready for Management Course to be promoted to 21. Higher is the grade, enormous will be the opportunities to serve the nation. If law and order situation is not good traders can't open their shops.

Yes, private tv channels are doing better then them. They have to cencor the news have you ever seen Information Secretary doing an extra ordinary job for nation ? It is foreign secretary, Interior and other important ministry to are in and can change the fate of the nation.
They are invited and also prestigeous groups but can't be matched with top ones i.e. DMG, FSP, etc

A grade 17 officer can't bring revolution when you will be in 21 or 22 then you will be part of the prevailing system.


pasand na pasand ke baat nhi, jo mile shukkar ada kro. If you have worked hard get group of your choice otherwise get group of their choice that is it. If you want to serve the nation only CSS is not mandatory you can become a good trader, a good citizen, a honest shopkeeper and so on . . . .

My plans are to serve my country.My favourite field is functional analysis and data sufficiency.I will put my all efforts in the Railways or postal.Railways and postal are in dire need of help from individuals like me.a person who gets group of his choice is always more enthused than a person who gets it after achieving low merit.

i am not a trend follower.but i know that all groups are equal.By the way the low self-esteem of CSP members who belong to groups lower than audit is evident from the fact that a CSP belonging to Postal never mentions his group and always portrays that he is a CSP.But in fact the only group that deserves to be CSP is dmg.

Pakistan Post has access to 100% population of Pakistan but Pakistan Railways is in shabby condition. You should join PR and I appreciate your enthusiasm and love for the country but you can't change the system. A 17 grade officer is to attend the office, read and write on some files and make their way to home. I don't think so in presence of politicians you can change the PR. You should become a politician; a savoir of the nation. I will vote for you.

Sir you simply are not aware of the pakistani society.Well i will not assume any ignorrance on your part but i think that you are a little bit missinformed.

See i want to serve my country as a good pakistani.But my choice is Railways and Postal.I can opt for police.But why?what is the reason of it on being on top?
And about the schools of punjab,i know about the rural backwaters.The education sector doesn't require Phds or Mba's.they simply require merit and strict compliance with merit.no need for a CM task force or speacial supervisory committee.
If you are interested to join the education career go on.i will always encourage you but please don't suggest me this.By the way i can give you a list of my frinds who are in USA's top 5 universities and they have got fulbright scholarships on their own.No spoinsorships from HEC or university.It seem ironical but it is true.Government of Pakistan will pay for the excesses of bureaucrats but not for the education of students getting admissions inYale,harvard,caltech.
I also plan to open a school to overcome the urban and rural blight.The despicable state of education.But as a matter of fact the biggest drain on the resources of our contry is brain drain.I am all obedience for Pakistan and its people.

But i am still a patriot and willing to join railways.I will create opportunities for myself and will not take them for granted.And shall encourage all who want to apply for CSS and want a decent job.
