i think you mean opportunities of corrution.Sir 17 scale officer do the most work and the higher officers supervise the work.
moreover remmember you are here to serve the nation and you can serve it in 17 ,18 ,19 you do not need 20 or 21 to serve the nation.

and sir what about FSP people apart from devising a weak and fragile policy and and not to pursue pakistans interests abroad what they have contributed for the nation.

well but there is one service which the dmg psp and customs officers have done for our nation and that is corruption
whether he be usman farooqi or salaman farooqi or the latest episode of IG ameen.
i would admit that no information officer have done this service for the nation.

do the dmg and fsp have four legs or a tail which the officers from other groups are lacking.................


the aim is not to bring revolution and produce anarchy and bloodshed .but the aim to serve the nation and to allow a smooth functioning of the state machinery .
if you want to bring revolution then join the MQM or taliban .that will fulfill your aims.

but do these proffesions are the employs of govt.

Sir,please we don't want a revolution.we can spark a revolution by working diligently and honestly.No bloodshed,bloodletting no savagery will be allowed.

But sir,it is about suggesting me occupational groups.please don't digress from the topic.
But i dare to say that we shouldn't set the benchmarks that occupational groups are unequal until we are in CSA and only then we shall be able to vindicate the premise.

You came with useless arguments which carry no weight. If you want really to serve the nation then join education department as a teacher, professor and lecturer. It is just a formal statement that I will serve the nation. Only Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was the leader who used to draw salary Rs. 1 formally and refused all the perks and privileges. Will you do that? If yes, then I salute to your ambitions. But it is reality that all the people do CSS for privileges and other packages. I think there is not harm to join groups like DMG and PSP if someone aspire for and did hard work and avoid corruption. It is also a service to the nation to be honest to the job and discharge duty according to the requirements.

I want to make CSS my career to be secure economically. I want to join DMG because I have aptitude for that group, I want to be DDO(R), DCO, Provincial Secretary . . . so on. I want to do CSS to join DMG, its my ambition. I will discharge my duty honestly, avoid corruption and try my best to provide quick relief to the aggrieved massed. Isn't it serving the nation? If not enlighten us with your thinking.

Houses on rent are easily available with affordable prices and it's not necessary to be housed in luxurious bungalows. When you are serving the nation then you have to tolerate hardships. Moreover, if you get posting in field then accommodation is not a big problem. Salary mentioned by you is a basic pay, if you include other allowances it will be around 18 to 20 and in some cases 25,000. I think its enough for a contended person. Medical aid is unlimited for above 17 and its a privilege not corruption. Moreover, your pay will increase with the passage of time. Furthermore, in other groups of CSS like PSP, ICT, Customs pay is reasonable and higher than that I mentioned. There is no way to satisfy a greedy person. Everyone don't think for corruption like you. Cut cloth according to you coat then you will not face problems with the salary


One must be firm to his/her established values no one can change that.
